Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with customers and team members to ensure installations are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
    • Perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure proper functionality.
    • Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.
    • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and customers to understand installation requirements.
    • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance before completing installations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of old systems and materials.
    • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Comply with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
    • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Salary Range: 

    $60k-$120k per year


    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds) and work in confined spaces, attics, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

HVAC Service Technician


Job Summary:

    Skills 


    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: 

    • Commercial driving experience (valid driver's license required)
    • Strong knowledge of construction plumbing principles and practices

    • Proficiency in operating power tools for drilling, cutting, and assembly 
    • Experience with pipe threading and joining techniques

Insulation Installer


Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled insulation installers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to install a wide range of insulation systems—attic, wall, garage, sound-dampening, vapor barriers, and dense-pack applications. Your work will directly improve home comfort, lower energy costs, reduce noise, and prevent moisture issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct on-site assessments to identify insulation needs across attics, walls, floors, garages, and basements.
    • Safely remove old or damaged insulation, seal air leaks, and prepare spaces for new material.

    Install insulation to proper R-value specifications, including:


    • Batt insulation in walls and floors
    • Blown-in cellulose or fiberglass in attics
    • Dense-pack insulation in wall cavities
    • Sound-dampening insulation for noise control
    • Vapor barrier installation where required
    • Operate insulation equipment (blowers, dense-pack rigs, vacuums) efficiently and safely.
    • Verify installation quality for proper thickness, coverage, and air sealing.
    • Educate customers on energy savings, moisture prevention, and soundproofing benefits.
    • Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
    • Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with homeowners.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on insulation installation experience required (residential or commercial).
    • Strong working knowledge of insulation materials, building science, and energy-efficiency practices.
    • Ability to read and follow insulation layouts and construction plans.
    • Physically fit with the ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined attic spaces.
    • Safety-focused, with consistent use of PPE and proper tool handling.
